Service Description

This program consists of: An assessment of your physical goals, disease risk factors and key fitness measures. A 4-to-6-week virtual personal training program (for home, work, gym or extended travel), with constant session monitoring & feedback. After 4-6 weeks we will reassess your physical fitness, review of your goals. and training program.
