Service Description

To start you off right on your Pilates journey, we recommend investing in 3 introductory private sessions: In your first session we will discuss any medical history, injuries and what your goals are. We will do an assessment of your movements and introduce you to the fundamental movements and principles of Pilates. Your second and third Pilates sessions will reinforce your understanding of the principles and exercises will be tailored to the findings of your movement assessment and goals. After this introduction, we will discuss suitable options to keep you progressing in your Pilates practice.
